What are the best fat loss supplements?

With so many fat and weight loss supplements out there, which one do I go for? There's grenade, a product from ripped freak, not to mention countless more out there.
Which one has bought the most success?

Hey Nat

Yeah there is a few weight loss products out and it can become a little over whelming in which one to take. So as you have already mentioned grenade is a product with some good role models behind it and has shown to gives some good results. However there is one product but prozis which is called Xcess and this to me is an all in one body definer. It has all the right ingredients to allow for optimal fat burning, however it does have a trick that beats all the others and that is it helps with water retentions it contains dandelion extract which is well known to help with flushing water. Allowing for that much tighter look.
However nothing beats a good training regime and diet to help with weight loss. So if you’re not achieving it already have a look at your weekly training and diet plans and just see if anything needs improving.
Hope its helps

I have also come across proactal (thinks that's how its spelt) but iv read some stuff on excess and I was very impressed!

However tho, I used grenade last time. And I did have a few jitters due to the caffeine but I aided my weight loss of a stone. So I'm not too sure what too do! Like a kid in a sweet shop, decesion decesions lol!

Thank u!

hi Nat
u will prob get loads of suggestions but lots of us in our part of the world have used ECA in the past (also called t5 and eph) but since ephredrine is so no longer legally available (now there are lots of underground products claiming to be eca but are just caffeine )we looked for other products.
currently the most popular where we are is dexaprine by iforce but be aware its very very strong and you will need to up your fluid intake.
also its not suitable for drug tested athletes.
i would suggest strtaing with 1/2 a caplet a day to assess your tolerance if u decide to have a try.

Hi Natalie

If Grenade makes you jittery, then you shouldn't opt for the Geranium / 1,3 dimethylamylamine supplements, as they could make you very jumpy and even lead to heart palpitations. Many people appreciate the strong stimulant effect of these ingredients but for the 5 or 10% of people who are sensitive to stimulants, they are not a good idea.

Also, these ingredients cause vasoconstriction (narrowing of the blood vessels), which is the opposite effect to the vasodilation (widening of the blood vessels) when you take NO (nitric oxide) / pre-workout products, that is desirable before training.

I am a bit biased because I am working with Grenade (amongst other companies) at the moment but as I would suggest to anyone in your situation, if a product assisted you in losing a stone (that's 14 pounds for our North American readers), then I would stick with it because it obviously works with your particular, unique physiology!

If you're apt to get jittery, maybe look into a lower stim/no stim product....in this case, Recreate is one of my favorites. It has a low dose of caffeine, and several other ingredients that are effective at stimulating lipolysis. Pair something like this with a good clean diet and you should be able to see some good results, good luck!
