Professional bodybuilders generally keep taking steroids right up to show time. They just tend to alter the type of steroids they use closer to show time from basic anabolic drugs like testosterone, anadrol and dianabol to trenbolone, stanozolol (Winstrol) and halotestin that don't cause water retention via their estrogenic effects.
