When I go to gym for one month , what should I eat and how often should I eat protein to let my muscles grow and cut it too?

When cutting your aim is to maintain your muscle mass rather than increase it. It's very difficult to add muscle mass during a cut because you put your body into a catabolic state.

You should bring down your carbs and increase your protein. So if for example your daily intake is 40% 30% 30%, with the 40% being carbs, you should start to bring this down and increase the protein.

You should eat protein every 2-3 hours to make sure your body has enough and is not breaking down your muscles.

Hello Alex,

Your protein intake needs to certainly be ramped up and regular. Harry is correct, and we tend to advise about 2 to 3 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight into 6 divided doses through the day.
