What should I eat before I workout? How long before my workout should I eat it? Should I take supplements?

Hello Brian,

This is an interesting Q&A looking at this idea of empty stomach cardio in the mornings.

Better to do cardio training on an empty stomach?

So basically, the most important things to consume before you train are protein (for example hydrowhey by ON) and EAA's (for example Stak from Universal). You could start drinking this 15mins before you train, and into the first 15mins of you training session. This should form the core of your pre training nutrition.

I would normally have eaten a meal about 3 hours before I train.
