Could you tell me what quatities of EAAs to take?

How much should i be taking? because Universal Nutrition EAA stack only recommends 6g. This is the breakdown of bulk powders:-

15g
L-Leucine 5g
L-Isoleucine 0.9g
L-Valine 2.2g
L-Lysine 2.2g
L-Phenylalanine 1.8g
L-Threonine 1.5g
L-Histidine 0.7g
L-Methionine 0.5g
L-Tryptophan 0.2g

Is 15g too much?

Hi Daniel

The best study used only 6 grams of EAAs plus 35 grams of carbs. The amino acid profile of the product you list above looks fine. I add 10 to 15 grams of hydrolysed whey protein to the EAAs to deliver a second wave of amino acids to the blood and therefore the muscles.

So are you saying just take 6 grams of bulk powders EAAs?

Yes, it's not perfect (the isoleucine is a bit low and the tryptophan could be higher) but it has enhanced levels of leucine and that is probably the most important amino acid for stimulating the muscle-building process!

Also, make sure that you mix it with something that is very sweet because many aminos taste absolutely disgusting!!
