Can you give me advise on protein supplements for getting ripped?

Hey I'm 17 yrs old and I'm kinda skinny. I'm considering taking weight gainers can anyone advise me on that? Because I don't wanna get fat or too built, I'm looking for that ripped look and also can you tell me about good brand of weight gainers to take?

I have no idea how muscular you are right now but it sounds like you want to look muscular and are presently somewhat skinny. If you need to gain muscle, then forget about being ripped for now and concentrate on gaining muscle. You may gain some fat but that is virtually an essential consequence of gaining muscle quickly.
Here's what I would suggest...
So now that it's autumn, don't worry about getting ripped and set a goal date for next year when you want to look your best. Then break up the next 9 months or so into three 8-week gaining cycles, each followed by a 4-week cutting cycle. So that's three 12-week bulk and cut training cycles. If you are a young, skinny guy, with a fast metabolism, you shouldn't gain much fat doing this kind of progressive muscle-building cycle. The 4-week cutting phases should ensure that you put on very little fat and if after the second cycle you don't look pretty ripped, then you may want to do the last cycle using 6-weeks of gaining, followed by 6-weeks of cutting.
