I'll await Marks answer, but my suggestion would be to stop using it! Have you tried just normal PhD Pharma Whey?

I've only tried the Diet Whey not the Pharma Whey. I have it about an hour before the gym and always start to feel sick when I'm in the gym so it ruins my workout, I cant think of anything else it could be.
Thanks

PHD (who are owned by monster supps so be careful of where you read reviews)recently changed the formula's of their whey products. There was a price increase and lots of talk about how it's now hydrolysed (see marks articles about how good that is)as if this justified the increase(it doesnt...whey costs have risen world wide). I too started to feel icky after using their whey's when previously it wasn't a problem. turns out that the lactose content is now quite high and the actual % protein is around 63. we have pretty much moved over to 2 brands called Boditronics and also Kinetica. (phd buy their whey from kinetica and so u have 2 ask yourself what they have do to it 2 turn a profit when they retail around the same money?). also the many added ingredients that make up a maximuscle and phd diet powder (mostly stims) could be upsetting you. try taking a good whey and your stims separatley.hope this helps
I still often use Pharma Whey and don't have any problems with it. The strawberry still tastes great, although also still mixes a little bubbly.
There are actually no added ingredients to Diet Whey that I would think would give you an upset stomach. CLA and green tea are generally well-tolerated.
However, regardless of whether I can find a reason for your reaction, it seems that something about the product doesn't sit well with your gut.
So you may want to just switch to a different whey protein product.
