Can you suggest anything to thicken up blended green veg?

I really can not stomach eating green veg so i had decided to try blending it and then just necking it down at meal times with my protein portion. i tried blending 3 bushes with about 500 ml of water and it didn't come out the best and the dreggs at the end made me almost bring it back up. i was wondering if there was anything you could suggest to thicken it up or make them more palatable, or different veg which i could use ? ?

not sure if its needed but my goals is fat loss/muscle gain
