Hi Mitchell

Creatine is the most researched and studied supplement on the market and in all my time in the industry and using creatine this is the first time iv ever heard of a concern of Gynecomastia being related to creatine consumption.

Personally I have spent a large amount of the last 4yrs on creatine and have only ever found it extremely beneficial in helping me build quality lean muscle and increased strength gains. Although this has now made me want to delve deeper into this to see if there is any truth behind this but i personally cannot see how estrogen levels can be effected through creatine consumption.

For now simply follow the directions for creatine as you will find on the label of a creatine product from the manufacture.

Hi Mitchel

No creatine has never been shown to cause gyocomastia. Creatine monohydrate (not the other forms of creatine by the way) is probably the most-studied, safest and most effective sports supplement ever and absolutely no side effects have been established by the thousands of scientific studies in the tens of thousands of subjects who've used it.
