How do I get block Shaped Abs?

Are there any specific exercise that influence "shape" when working abs?

The best way to get block-shaped abs is to pick your parents right. The shape of your abs is very much genetically determined. If you have unsymmetrical abs, then no amount of exercise or dieting can change that. Most people have abs that don't look symmetrical, or they have 2 squares on one side and 3 on the other or some such imperfection(s). On the other hand, most abs can look good even though they may not look like those of a comic book hero.

You can make your abs more prominent by training them - like any other muscle group, if you do some good resistance training on them, they will grow and become more prominent. Also, of course, you need to burn off the excess fat between your abs and the skin. The more you burn off, the more separation and prominence they will have.
