What should the macros be when bulking & cutting?

Is 45% carbs, 35% pro, 20% fat about right for bulking?
and, 50% pro, 30% fat, 20% carbs about right for cutting?
and, 50% pro, 30% fat, 20% carbs about right for cutting?

Those percentages sound reasonable for bulking up and burning fat but the way I work out the numbers is just by keeping protein and fats about the same and just increasing carbs for bulking and reducing them for cutting up. But for cutting the protein total may go up also depending upon what level of clories the person were on
So actually, it would work out pretty close to the percentages that you suggest.
