Macho Nachos for Bodybuilders!

I'm tired of the same old bodybuilding diet

Ok, here's the deal. Everyday I find myself thinking about the boring foods I have to consume in order to build a stage worthy physique. As well as the time it takes to actually prepare them in conjunction to the busy ass life style I live. Unfortunately for up coming bodybuilders/fitness models like myself we also have to maintain a job in order to fund our addictive habit of creating a physique we can be proud of. This in itself is a full time job.

Maybe if I was a millionaire like a small handful of pro bodybuilders I could have someone follow me around with a meal bag prepared full of delicious exciting bodybuilding foods that I would actually look forward to eating. Let's face it I'm just being lazy, right?

Maybe one day!

We can't all be like Jay Cutler and yes I know I refer to Mr O a lot but come on let's face it he is number one in the world right now and someone I was fortunate enough to get to know away from the busy public eye . On the subject of food I asked Jay if he enjoyed eating the foods he eats and his exact words to me at dinner were "I don't eat for satisfaction, I eat to grow" which couldn't have been put in a more serious tone.

So this is my conundrum, unfortunately my taste buds don't allow me to chuck back all the foods I know that I should eat because simply, I'M BORED OF THEM and my digestive system makes me regret it every time I come to eat when I'm not hungry. I need to find variety in my mass building diet to keep me interested as well as happy to eat. Easier said than done if you ask me.

My reliable source

After referring to a very reliable source "Scott Welch's Muscle Insider" I came across one of the many experts who writes for Muscle Insider, IFBB Pro Laura Creavalle who is one of the most successful female bodybuilders in Canadian history as well as the author of two bodybuilding cookbooks which I discovered had some mouth watering meals which looked amazing. The shear variety is enough to keep even the most fussy person looking forward to their next protein packed meal. NOW, with that said, if I were to follow any of the meal plans in the book I would just simply make some small adjustments to make sure it contains the right amount of calories I need to promote mass gains.

Now this got me thinking

A large amount of my daily protein from whole foods consist of lean beef mince and chicken breasts. Iv sat here thinking to myself what can I make that takes no longer than 15min to prepare, is loaded with muscle building calories and is as enjoyable to eat as a treat as opposed to eating a normal meal like beef mince and basmati rice?

Well try this on for size because believe me it went down in 2 seconds flat
