1 scoop of Optimum Nutrition Hydrowhey or Reflex Instant Whey
1 large teaspoon of Universal Essential Amino Acids
Because I normally work night shifts, I will take 3-6mg Melatonin 45mins before I want to go to sleep during the day.
30mins before my training session
Grenade .50 Calibre
Before weight training, and into the training session
1 1/2 scoops of ON Hydrowhey
1 tablespoon of Universal EAAs
5g Reflex Creatine
I like to drink Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy after I have trained through the night because I find it helps me to recover.
I also use Reflex Nexgen, but I have run out hence why it is not in the picture. I also use Reflex Omega-3 supplements occasionally, but at the moment I am using so much fish oil I am happy my Omega-3 intake is high.
